One space is a 8' deep X 9' long area with one table (8 foot) and chairs
Put your space request down in the comments box (example: B20 etc.)
Put the amount of spaces you want in the box on the left side (ex. 1, 5, 10 then hit your tab key so it can register. If you want 2 back to back spaces and 2 corner you must put a 2 in each box and hit the tap key each time because the cost of your spaces will not register if you do not hit the tab key on your key board and we can not give you the correct amount on this form. We are happy that you have decided to be a vendor at our Exotic Bird Expo, Seminars, and Trick Bird Shows. The price of the space includes one display table (which you MUST cover), two chairs and two vendor passes per space. Extra tables, passes and electricity will be available for an additional charge. Spaces are for rent on a first-come-first-serve basis. Space fee is non-refundable. If you cannot attend and wish to rent your space the new vendor must be approved by the President of EBSOA. Refunds will be made only if we are sold out and can resell your space for you.

This is an application to be a vendor. It is not a guarantee of acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline, with or without cause, any application. If you are not accepted your Vendor fee will be returned if paid in advance.

Remember, this Expo is for birds and bird related products only. No other animals are to be sold without the explicit permission of the President of EBSOA.
