What will you be selling

If you are selling or displaying Birds you must either present a health certificate issued by your Veterinarian or you can have your birds inspected when you arrive at the Expo but if you are crossing the Georgia State line you must have the health certificate with you and notify them that you are bring Bird into Georgia and fill this information below.

We are happy that you have decided to be a vendor at our Exotic Bird Expo, Seminars, and Trick Bird Shows. The price of the space includes one display table (which you MUST cover), two chairs and two vendor passes per space. Extra tables, passes and electricity will be available for an additional charge. Spaces are for rent on a first-come-first-serve basis. Space fee is non-refundable. If you cannot attend and wish to rent your space the new vendor must be approved by the President of EBSOA. Refunds will be made only if we are sold out and can resell your space for you.

This is an application to be a vendor. It is not a guarantee of acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline, with or without cause, any application. If you are not accepted your Vendor fee will be returned if paid in advance.

Remember, this Expo is for birds and bird related products only. No other animals are to be sold without the explicit permission of the President of EBSOA.
